Course Description:  Gorge Ecology Institute and Columbia Gorge Discovery Center naturalists explore the plants and animals that call the Gorge their home in a fun day camp held at the Discovery Center.  Campers will learn about local biology, geology, and ecology through hands-on, creative experiences.

All classes will be held at the Discovery Center and will utilize both indoor and outdoor facilities. Students will be provided with Gorge ECOLOGY Camp T-Shirt and journals. All transport, supplies, and snacks will be provided.

The Gorge Ecology Institute is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to teaching natural science in the Gorge.  All profits from this summer camp go towards funding our school programs.

Instructors: Gorge Ecology Institute and Columbia Gorge Discovery Center
Location:  Meet daily at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center in The Dalles.
Dates:  Note: There are two sessions being offered this year, Tuesday-Friday
               Session 1: June 26th to 29th
               Session 2: August 7th to 10th
Time:  9 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
